Eligible Items for Return

✓ Returnable Items:

  • Tech gadgets in original packaging with all components
  • Electronics and accessories with original packaging
  • Mobile accessories and phone cases
  • Computer peripherals and accessories
  • Smart devices and wearables
  • Items that are unused and in original condition

✗ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized tech items
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Software or digital products that have been activated
  • Electronic items damaged by misuse or water damage

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

  • Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order and click "Return Items"
  • Choose the items you want to return and reason
  • Submit your return request

Step 2: Package Your Items

  • Ensure items are in original condition with tags
  • Include original packaging when possible
  • Place items in a secure shipping box
  • Include the return authorization slip

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use the prepaid return label (if provided)
  • Drop off at authorized pickup points
  • Keep tracking information for your records

Exchange Policy

Model/Variant Exchange

We offer free exchanges for different models or variants of tech gadgets within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Color/Specification Exchange

You can exchange for a different color or specification of the same tech product, subject to availability and price difference.

Exchange Process

  • Follow the same return process
  • Select "Exchange" instead of "Return"
  • Choose your preferred replacement
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive your return

Refund Information

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take 3-5 additional business days

Refund Amount

  • Full product price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping charges (if return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted (unless our error)

Gift Returns

Items purchased as gifts can be returned by the recipient. Gift returns will be issued as store credit unless proof of purchase and original payment method are provided.
